Tuesday July 14th, I started my day at 10:30am with the pre-trip inspection of the truck. The previous day I was off for a doctor’s appointment. The shipper was quite a distance away and took me a little over five hours to get there arriving at 5:30pm. I left there at 8:00pm and drove three hours to the Petro truck stop in Girard, OH. I shut it down for the night at 11:00pm.

BOOK REVIEW: Someone We Know by Shari Lapena (2019), THRILLER – RATING (****)
A slow burn psychological thriller full of subplots that keep up the suspense and intensity of the story.
Olivia and Paul Sharp are a typical suburban family though their sixteen year-old son Raleigh enjoys breaking into the neighbor’s homes. He snoops through their belongings especially their computers. One of the neighbor’s wife is brutally murdered and found in the trunk of her car submerged in a nearby lake. As the investigation unfolds there are many suspects including the woman’s husband. To make matters worse she resides at one of the houses Raleigh admitted to have broken into. There’s a complicated web that unites all the suspects.
Overall very entertaining.
